a) Get your apartment registered within three months of completion of your home. Delaying in registering your apartment will make you land at high costs.
b) Get the possession letter from your builder as soon as your apartment gets completed.
c) When you receive the allotment letter from your builder, you should make note that the allotment letter should have home plans, price, construction details and date of delivery.
